All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

During peak seasons or severe weather conditions in rural Alaska, processing may take longer. We will communicate any significant delays.
​Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail from Bethel, Alaska.​
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the USPS Flat Rate package size required for your order. We select the most cost-effective option that safely fits your items.​
Estimated Delivery Times

Alaska: 2–7 business days

Lower 48 States: 3–10 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: Additional time may be required due to flight schedules or weather delays. We ship from a rural area where weather delays and flight cancellations may add additional time to delivery.
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are outside of our control once a package enters the mail system.​
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number will be sent after your order ships.

​Shipping Destinations
We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.​
Shipping Restrictions for Animal Products & Ivory
Kusko Krafts complies with all federal, state, and local laws regulating the sale and shipment of handcrafted items made with animal parts.​
Items We Can Ship
We may ship the following items within the United States, when legally permissible:

Alaska Native–made handicrafts containing ivory, bone, antler, horn, baleen, or other legally harvested materials

Legally sourced, non-protected animal parts that are allowed for interstate commerce

​Items We Cannot Ship
We cannot ship:

Items containing prohibited wildlife materials restricted under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), or Lacey Act

Ivory, bone, or animal products are restricted in certain states (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, etc.)
​State-Level Restrictions
Some U.S. states have strict bans or additional regulations on the sale or shipment of ivory, bone, whale products, or other animal-derived materials.

If shipping to one of these states, we may:

Cancel and refund the order if shipment is not legally permitted
​Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing an item made with animal parts, you acknowledge:

It is your responsibility to know your state’s regulations regarding possession of such materials

You are certifying that the item is legal to receive in your location
Any returned shipments due to legal restrictions may be refunded minus shipping costs
​International Shipping
We do not ship any animal-part items internationally due to complex customs and wildlife protection laws.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Kusko Krafts is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. For damaged shipments, please file a claim directly with USPS. We are happy to assist if needed.
​Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
